Searching for a Hybrid Spear Nuker build

I have just started on this server, and I would like to know, how to build a hybrid spear nuker the best possible way. I have read a lot of focusing on the mag. balance and phy. balance to around 120 or so. But what will be the best way to use all 3 forces (Ice-Lightning-Fire), with Fire as main force. And of course including heuksal

about stats (int/str) best for spear hybrid as i believe is 7.1 (every 7 int vs 1 str) , this will add more strength , and about tress (Force) , since u won't be full int then last snow will be a bad choice to use so i believe cold 60 will be good and rest are 100 (Huskel - Fire - Light)

be awar that hybrid will be nerfed on uniques like str/int uniques u won't be able to be full int or full str to attack STR or int uniques so it will be suitable for activity such as ( survival - BA - CTF - FTW - pvp - Job .. etc) except uniques.
