I need to appeal discord & in game bans that were wrongfully given.

Hey guys, loving the server so far.. I opened a ticket to help my guildmember out, and i was banned off the discord for no reason.
also, my bot was banned today for bypassing HWID. lol. I only have 2 char. any help?
